Figure的制作
Figure的制作是一个跨多学科的综合工程，涉及生物统计学、生物信息学、图像分析、平面设计等多个领域。在《Cell》中，Figure的要求就有以下几点：
1. Colour, 300 dpi minimum; please convert all colour files into CMYK mode
2. Greyscale, 600 dpi minimum for blots and black & white photographs
3. Line art, 1000 dpi minimum for graphs and illustrations
4. Please use sans serif typefaces such as Arial or Helvetica in you artwork and when labelling panels
5. Avoid layering type directly over shaded or textured areas
6. Please ensure that multilayered images are not “flattened”
